Rainbow Fc Bamenda

Founded in August 2009, Rainbow FC Bamenda is a leading football club based in Bamenda, the North West (NW) Region of Cameroon. It is the most promising team competing in the NW Regional League.

Rainbow FC Bamenda was created by its acting chairman/president Kingsley PUNGONG with a vision to use his passion for football as a medium to support talented young footballers from his home town in their pursuit of the dream to become professional footballers and in turn help their families back home.

As such the Rainbow FC philosophy has been developed and managed by Rainbow Sports, a top-level football company involved in the development and management of football properties.

The club has the ambition to challenge in the top tier Elite 1 professional league in Cameroon. Thus it is expanding its technical and commercial team with a view to increasing its international and domestic fan base and presence.

Since its creation in 2009, Rainbow FC has been champions of the NW Regional league on two occasions (2012 and 2018), as well as runners-up on several instances.
